Your Card can be used to make deposits into any sports betting operator account noted on the front of the card. You can use the card to make deposits to as many different participating sports betting sites as you would like. The amount of every deposit  will be deducted from the value on the card.

Your Card is not redeemable for cash, except as required by law. It cannot be used at ATMs. Additional restrictions may apply.

Not necessarily. You can use the card at any of the participating brands shown on the card. However, if you use a card that is not designed for the state where you live, some of the sports betting operators (SBOs) shown on the card may not be available, since some SBOs do not operate in all states where online sports betting is legal.

No, funds cannot be added to the Card.

You may use any form of payment the retailer will accept. Generally, this will include cash, debit cards, and credit cards. However, Visa credit cards and Visa debit cards may not be used to purchase a Game On card.

You need to provide only the following information to transfer the balance to your Card to your sports betting account(s):

  • 16 digit card number
  • CVV
  • Expiration Date

There are two ways you can keep track of your balance:

No, there are no fees after purchase.

No, the funds on your Card do not expire.

There is an expiry date on the back of each Card; this is when the plastic expires. However, funds on your gift card never expire. If funds remain on the card after the expiration date, please call 844-694-3164 to have a replacement card issued and mailed to you at no cost. The balance on the replacement card will be equal to the balance on the expired card.

No, the Card is disposable. It cannot be reloaded. When all value is used, the Card should be destroyed.

The Game On card generally cannot be replaced if it is lost or stolen.  Please treat it as you would cash.

However, if you believe your Card has been lost or stolen or an unauthorized transaction has been made using the information from your Card without your permission, contact Customer Service IMMEDIATELY (844-694-3164).  

We will ask for the Card number and other identifying details.  We cannot assist you if you do not have the Card number. We may not be able to assist you if you do not contact us within 60 days of the unauthorized transaction. A reissued Card may take up to 30 days to process.
